Throughout my career as a personal trainer and online fitness coach, I have strived to present the most up-to-date and evidence based information I can to each and every individual I’ve worked with. I truly believe if you look good and feel good, you do good for yourself and others. Nonetheless, fitness is more than just a physical endeavor. That is why I take a holistic approach that takes into account client’s careers, relationships, and daily life (amongst other things). Long-term fitness success comes from learning how to integrate each one of these in a practical manner. Through a qualitative and quantitative approach, I strive to utilize current fitness, psychology, and human behavior methods to bring each client their version of success. This isn’t only a career for me. I decided I wanted to be a coach because I want to truly connect with an individual on a personal basis and help them achieve the three things mentioned above, while also being an integral part in helping to increase the longevity of a fitness program in a fun, science-driven way.
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA with a BS in Management and a Minor in Marketing. I am also going back to school to enhance my credentials by obtaining an MA in Strength and Conditioning. This combination allows me to understand and empathize with standard human behavior while also having the proper credentials and know-how to program workout and nutrition templates that are tailored towards a specific individual and THEIR goals.
